Cancellation Policy

Booking policy 1. Booking in Advance • All classes must be booked in advance through our website, app, • Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment Terms • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. • We accept online payments, bank transfers, and in-person payments (where applicable). • Trial classes (if offered) must also be booked in advance. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Classes cannot be cancelled and if missed no refunds will be provided.. • Cancellations can be done only by the school • Cancellation of classes will be informed in whatsapp groups and a compensatory class would be arranged if possible 4. Refund Policy • Fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the school. • In case of illness or emergencies, credit may be issued at the studio’s discretion (medical proof may be required). 5. Class Minimums • Classes may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, a transfer could be offered. 6. Waitlist • If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified automatically. 7.
